1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the R0 Hub website and services. By accessing or using R0 Hub, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

R0 Hub provides an independent online exam preparation platform for CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) financial services examinations. The platform includes practice questions, mock exams, performance tracking, and related educational tools.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update such information where necessary.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where there is evidence of misuse or breach of these terms.

4. Payments & Refunds

Access to R0 Hub modules is provided on a one-time payment basis, granting access to the purchased content for its available lifecycle.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. R0 Hub does not store or have access to your full payment details.

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not guaranteed and are offered at our discretion. Any refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of significant usage of the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on R0 Hub, including but not limited to questions, explanations, text, graphics, and platform design, is the intellectual property of R0 Hub.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of content may result in account suspension and legal action.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account access with others
• Attempt to copy, scrape, or extract large portions of content
• Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform's functionality or security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these conditions.

R0 Hub is an independent revision resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

While we aim to provide high-quality and accurate content, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the material. Use of the platform does not guarantee success in any examination. All content is provided for educational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, R0 Hub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to exam performance, career outcomes, or financial loss.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Availability of Service

We aim to ensure the platform is available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or withdraw the service temporarily for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where appropriate, we will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
